Lost, Hidden and Found

Finding a way to explore the world of ideas, people around me and the art of painting itself. Self-knowledge and analysis: the crime scene.

Keywords: Childhood, time, geometry, integrity, faith.

The paintings from the cycle “Lost, Hidden and Found” were the key components of my dissertation project. They connect all my previous cycles and are based on my memories, emotions and childhood photos recreated from a contemporary perspective. Their transformation took place using the adjustment of environments, different compositions and addition of geometric shapes and of a formal order into emotionally charged images.
